Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and lead pools
- Lead efforts of business development in International Markets
- Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales / BA team.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from nurturing the lead to closure to account management.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Ability to manage team and their targets; along with individual contribution to sales quota.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6 – 9 years’ prior IT industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
